there isnt any that i know of, and it would depend on the kind of campaign, what would be the reasoning behind it, as an extreme example: doing a campaign against mental illness can be about helping them be a part of society, giving them financial support or it can be a campaign about putting them all in mental institutions, see same subject completely different points ^_^
