I don’t have the exact same assumption as Artic-Hunter, that assumption is used over and over again to justify rape, violence or loli on hentai, i tend to see it the other way around, creating rules or imposing ones view of the world, is just another way of censoring, and that, at least for me is way worse than fucking those damn kids (even though that’s pretty bad as well…).

    I think most of all, that talking or teaching someone that such or such things are bad or good and infuse them with some form of ethical and moral structure is the way to go, nothing can be achieved through force, sure pedophiles are already broken but that’s why law was made to protect the children, and sure they are drawings of kids, and for sure pedophiles or whatever are going to see them, it’s their thing, but i don’t see it as a justification or a measure against it, i see it as a form or art, of using your imagination, of breaking taboos and thats always commendable, it’s everyones choice to like it or not, not someone elses.

  105. well i’m sorry to say but yes it is somewhat ilegal in canada >_< as well as australia, netherlands, new zeland, norway, south africa and sweden in the united states and great britain there is intention to maybe make laws regarding loli and such, but there isnt any... yet that fits the purpuse, if there was in the usa (where the servers are) i would have to move the site to another country ^_^

    still you have to be really careful since canadian law is a bitch, canada's anti-pedo laws are a lot harsher and ambiguous than the US's, because it defines pedophilia in a very liberal way, even though it has clauses to protect "creative and artistic" works, it also prohibits fictional stories, if you see a loli doujin as a work of art the writings might be considered a fictional story, its a slippery slope...

    my advice is... well if you live in canada... move to another country ^_^ hehehe or just avoid loli, you dont need to like burn your eyes and put child protection locks on your pc to block all loli, just check it out and dont save it... no one is going to persecute someone that downloads something "without knowing what it is" and when "he saw it was loli, he deleted immediately"... people get into trouble for having 2.000 loli doujins in their house and a couple of thousand pics on their pc (and normally a couple of videos and pics or real life underage girls/boys)... and those fuckers are the ones that give loli a bad name...
