Updates? well a especial is on it’s way, a new server only for manga (by popular request) and a new hardcorish image board in a couple of days, also some cleaning up everywhere in the hentaish network .oO( Hentaish / Neechan / Panchira ), oh and please have a little bit more patience, there is a lot to do to make this an even better place hehehe

I used to be on this site a long time ago Fiend. Untill I got saved by Jesus. Than today I look back at it again, and now I see it all differently. I felt sad that I was even on this site, there are so much better things to do.

1. Humans are spiritual creatures by nature, it’s a bit hard to deny your nature Fiend. Good luck if it makes you happy though.
2. Something about…. something… I just forgot… either about capitalizing God, or about not telling people what’s best… By my experience, playing games online all day, or whatever, just isn’t for me, but someone else could really like it.

Yeah I know, maybe I went a bit overboard with my evangelizm.
I aplogize for that, if I hurt feelings here. For some reason I still understand why people can be happy on this site (i used to be here a lot ^^;;). Because like you said; they break taboos, things that they can not do in real life, cause it is not right. And knowing it is not right, even if it is a thought, is also wrong. Offcourse we all sin. I still sin, we’re not perfect. All christians are not perfect. We just try to lead a better life. And leading a better life can not be bad, can it? I just wanted to share my experience in life since I’ve encountered God. Im not forcing anyone here to do the same. God has a plan and time for all, like He had for me.
Lot of people seek for happiness. Even on the internet, like here. And I agree, there are joyfull moments, but they are temporary. And we want endless love..
The reason why we share our beliefs so much, is not because we want to get on peoples nerves ( It got on my nerves in the past ^^) , but that we love the world so much and we want other people also to be free. It’s a warm overwhelming feeling :>
The thing is, everytime I talk about God to someone, that person feels attacked, and they feel irritated inside, cause they dont want to experience God, because they need to follow some rules which would interfere with their daily life and habits. I completely understand, because I also was like that. All men are proud and stubborn by nature. But it is not so hard, if yu have a kind hard and you are spiritually open, than the way to approach that is easier.
Like Tefen said; we are spiritual by nature. Why do we believe in ghosts, in aliens, in monster legends? Why do we seek mysterious things, things that are big? Cause we want to see things before our eyes to believe. If Jesus still walked on earth, people would believe in a snap. Men want to live by sight, and not by faith..
I am still a huge Japan freak like probably most of you, I still watch anime’s, Im really good at drawing manga (offcourse i wont reveal my artist name, cause it is everywhere on i-net :P), plus I do karate and work in a gamestudio.
I just lead a normal life like everyone else. Just my perspective in life changed a bit. And it is a joyful one!
Im NOT here to bomb on your site and break it down, that is not my meaning, im not that kinda person. I just want to share a message.

I consider myself a devout Christian, but I do not see anything wrong with hentai. Nobody gets hurt by it, and it brings people great joy. I don’t follow the Bible (I’ve never even read it) but i do try to live according to what i think is right. And since hentai can, in some extreme cases, prevent perverts from indulging in even worse things, like peeping, I consider it a good thing.
I prefer not to talk about Jesus here because it’s to difficult to me to relate Religion and porn, though I respect everyone’s opinion about it.

Great. Religion is about the last thing I want on a hentai site. And frankly, religion is about the last thing I need anywhere. I can respect your longing for a higher entity, but PLEASE don’t come here, telling me it’s sad I like cute hentaish stuff. Although it’s none of your business, I’m a happy, devoted atheist, and I have no desire or reason to change. Religion is just a mechanism man created to explain things he didn’t understand. If there’s something I can’t wrap my head around, I’d rather wait until there’s a plausible (scientific) explanation then believe in some almighty controller, who always happens to be channelled in a conservative old man. Thank you, but I really don’t need religion to fill in voids I might have in my life. I’ll be happily watching some hentai now. Bye.

you know i never would have thought id be reading a “thread” on religion here. this is one of the amazing things about the net.
just a few insights:
1. i like what you (fiend) said about fear and its probable rearing of religion. people need to remember that the one of the main reasons why ppl choose to follow religion and keep at it is because of their fear of the afterlife and what it might mean their souls would have to endure.
2. truelove, i like your expressionism and all (when im passionate about something i go and spout too) but youre forgetting a crucial point of religion and beliefs in whole: religions are there to help ppl feel as if they have a bit of control over their lives, or that they are a part of something larger. when the inadequateness becomes over bearing people tend to find ways to make them feel larger than what they are. once again, your fear of being nothing more than a human pushed you into your grace.
3. sin is a word created by humans. a word is a symbol for a thought. interpritations will differ because of that. words or whatnot hold no definate meaning, its all up to the interpretation. when you say its a “sin,” do you really know what that means? no, you cant, because there is no standardized understanding of the word. hell, even dictionaries have different definitions for the same words.
4.the bible is also a text created by humans. if by your definition (and probably those of your pastors) say that humans are sinners by life then wouldnt that mean that the holy book you put your faith in is a book written by sinners? did you also know that the generalized bible you read is only a select few writings done about your god and savior? did you know that before the roman catholic church set down to create the bible they burned hundreds of thousands of other manuscripts that depicted god/jesus in a light different from their interpretations? what you read as a bible is a censored version of stories written by people who lived at the time of the man, the JEW, jesus of Nazareth.
5. in the end though, as the sciences have shown us (im pulling more towards the soft science of psychology) we dont really know anything. like quantum states, you can only predict where or when something happens until it happens and you record your data. however things such as confirmation biases (believers suffer from this the most) and observational biases hinder the human mind to actually interpret anything. like borh said, you set up the experiments to get the answer you want. same for the out look on life, you look at the world as a way to prove you belief without opening your mind to what it might also mean. so, as you might interpret, this whole discussion is to a null point because, when looking through everything, a bias is placed on each (i am a atheist who has been enrolled in a private protestant school for thirteen years), may it be intentional or not, its still there. remember there is no such thing as objectivity.
yeah i know its long, but i had some words to say. good luck with your religion though, may it help you in your life.

And as for everything else, religion is not merely a way for people to cope with what they don’t understand, but also an excuse to fight other people and control the masses. My favourite book on the subject is The Science of Discworld 2: The Globe which gives a very good argument about why religion was necessary for the cultural evolution of man. But personally, i don’t think it’s needed anymore.

Offcourse not it does not say that hentai is bad in the bible. It did not even exist. For example it did say that if a man looks at woman in a luscious way, he already commited adultery, which is also sin. And because we are use to this in our daily society, it is normal to us.
The bible was created by many writers. Humanwriters indeed, but the author was God. God spoke to them what they needed to write down.
How can you explain that all the stories in the bible connect, while these people did not even knew eachother over these hunderds of years. There was a prophecy that a man would come down to save us all from sin in the old testament, in the new testament He came.
It is true, God has a plan for everyone, but it is your choice what you will do in live. He has given us free will and a free mind, thats the beauty of it, and also the danger. Thats why terrible things are happening in the world.

MrGHB is right about the cultural progression that religion allows and is also right about the fact that when a society matures enough there is a time where it is no longer needed for the society to function.
the writing of the bible has never been explained in a way that holds evidence to support it. its all just guesswork. it could also have been just a mix of hindsight and confirmation biases. no telling how it was really written or if they had god write through them. wonder how they all connect? maybe they read each others work. simple enough ne?

Dont be affraid that you will lose everything you have right now if you would choose for God. God loves yu too much. He only wants yu to be happy. He would never make yu miserable.
