well now at least we have a work out vid that works for me, i never could get into those real workout vids to plump to even try, they seem to be judging me even thru the camera, but with this, along with a nice run every day ive already lost 3lbs seance it was uploaded
push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. works for me and just in time to lose a few extra lbs before summer…..
