Well i can rephrase it, but it means what it means, there is a download limit for every 3 hours (like 6GB or 8GB per 3 hours), the script counts that in seconds, 3 hours=10800 seconds, it might be less, probably it is, he is just saying the limit for the 3 hour frame you are in has been reached and to wait a while and try again, this is in place not so much to restrict downloads, more to not overload the server (it’s better to have 20 guys downloading fast, than 2000 downloading really slow), sorry about that, anything else just reply to this post ^^

I’m sorry your having problems, i suggest, 2 things: try tomorrow at a different time, or when it says the 8000 sec it means that in the last 8000 sec time frame it has spent all the available bandwidth, therefore you should wait until another 8000 sec bandwidth allotment is available, this happens because when the US (especially the western side) visits the site all at the same time, my only suggestion is try later, or try at a different time frame, I’m sorry about it, I’ll try to make it more efficient in the future.

No, thats the name of it, at least in english. i used to have a scanlation of the manga, but i deleted it. i found it very different than more common hentai manga or paranormal hentai. i havent watched it, probably wont, but the cover photo shown here is the same as one of the manga covers

It sometimes happens, try using a download manager and try waiting more than one hour, the reasons for this are quite simple, the downloads got hung up for 2 reasons, or the download timed out (therefore using a download manager is a good idea) or the download system cut you off because the alloted bandwidth was reached, as you can read on the error messages you will have to wait at least 3 hours before bandwidth is freed for more downloads, this is done to allow everyone to download (if it was a free, all the servers would crash and no one would be able to download) and also to spread the downloads trough time, so as to maintain a good speed on the downloads…
So please try and download later…
